Our Introduction to Sail courses are one full day out on the water so you get a real feeling for what sailing is all about. If you love sailing and choose to do more, our Competent Crew courses are three full days so you get the most out of learning hands on and being out on the water.
We believe the best experience comes from being hands on sailing the yacht. All teaching is done on board with the instructor up to and including Competent Crew. Who wants to be stuck in a classroom for sailing lessons?
Unlike other schools, we make decisions based on safety and comfort. Classes will be rescheduled based on excessive rain and wind strength, storm warnings, and other abnormal conditions. We want you to love sailing as much as we do! Rain is not a sole reason for rescheduling or cancelling classes and jackets are provided.
Eastcoast Sailing sells a range of sailing gloves and has a fantastic product range of Italian designed SLAM sailing clothing and wet weather gear, available to students at discount prices.
